Needs:
Sumner Manufacturing needed to establish a web presence that represents
their company to an international audience and be able to expand and
meet additional needs.
Solution:
To fit Sumner's products, Paradigm designed a site based on
organization and flexibility. Users can view each product's photo,
description and technical PDF by accessing the clearly defined menu.
And, as Sumner's needs grew, we included recondition lifts listing for
customers to browse. In addition, as Sumner expanded its product
photography, we brought it online, allowing distributors and media to
download 125 print-quality photos. Today, Sumner's site encompasses
over 200 pages of content rich material.
Results:
Today, the Sumner site is a useful reference for customers and
distributors. The product PDFs allow technical and shipping information
to be downloaded instead of mailed out or faxed, saving time and
postage costs. Also the media section photos allow for simple
transaction of images, saving on photography reproduction and shipping
costs. Finally, the reconditioned lifts inventory allows for expedient
notification of company specials in both english and spanish.
