Needs:
Brand Coffee has served in-office beverage needs for 21 years. To
further aid their customers in purchasing products, Brand wanted to
relaunch their web presence with e-commerce and also open a retail site
for the general public.
Solution: Reworking
existing corporate materials, we unified their identity and produced a
web site more suited to the modern online shopper. Paradigm developed a
stronger organized navigation, making products easier to find. We also
implemented site-wide product spotlights that help to make the customer
more aware of the available selection.
Results:
Soon after launching in early 2002, Brand experienced dramaticall increased call volume from
outside their regular market area of Texas. Some calls coming as
far away as Massachusetts for Brand Coffee's products.
